If you don't respond these companies take it as a challenge to keep calling. That was NOT the case when I received 1 text from Christina Ricketts. She prepared a quote for me and in that 1 text she said I have a quote ready for you, please let me know when a good time to speak would be. I was free so we spoke about 5 minutes later. She gave me the quote and was completely transparent about drive safe and save. She was very professional and sent me all the documents via email. That was the end of July. Today I called her and signed up and she went through all the documents with me. She stayed on the phone until I had the app download and was signed in.
